This is a space to promote empathy around the LGBTQ+ Closet situation in an interactive way.

or more precisely, "see with the eyes"

of those who literally know this place - all via

Virtual Reality (VR).

Closet    is  a place to conceal  homosexuality as queer affect, sensibility,

subjectivity, identification, pleasure, habitus, gender style.

The Virtual Closet in Brazil

"Brazil is reported to have the world's highest LGBT murder rate, with more than 380 murders in 2017 alone,

an increase of 30% compared to 2016." 

With those numbers in mind, O Armário Virtual  is a Portuguese Language version of the Virtual Closet created specifically to a Brazilian audience. Help us to promote empathy.
